Apple seeks appeal in iPad trademark case in China
Apple wants a Chinese court to hear its case against a local company for allegedly infringing on the use of the iPad name. The case was tossed out of court last month.

McDonald’s Will Stop Using Pink Goop Beef in Its Burgers [Food]
